The Aquarelle Arches Fine Art papers

The Arches Fine Art papers are made of 100% non acid cotton. Their manufacturing on old round shapes gives them a natural and smooth grain, as if the paper was hand made.

Their whiteness is natural, very close to ivory.

This process enables the paper fibers to naturally distribute and align, hences makes the paper much more stable. Arches' natural tint and its anti-moisture protection provide the paper with an excellent conservation in time.

These variations bring an artistic touch to each print. A border of 4 centimeters is required on each side of the street. Therefore, the maximum printed image size is 48×68cm. Lastly, we recommend to add a warm tone to your black and white images.

Weights, Formats and Tariffs

There are three types of Arches papers available:

• Arches Aquarelle Grain Satiné
• Arches Aquarelle Grain Fin
• Arches Aquarelle Grain Torchon

The Arches papers are available in three differents weights : 300, 640 and 850 gsm. One exception though where the Arches Satin is available in 300 gsm only.

Arches papers are producted in a single format : 56×76, with a minimum margin of 4cm, hences an image size of 48×68cm.

Production delays: we need 10 business days to process your order, for perfect drying. Expect subsequently 2 days for delivery.

• Vos images sont manipulées avec des gants blancs puis protégées par du papier de soie.
• Votre commande est ensuite insérée dans un emballage en carton, spécifique, plat et renforcé.

Shipping

• La livraison est expédiée dès que votre commande a été fabriquée.
• Le délai de livraison s'ajoute au délai de fabrication.
• Si vous souhaitez commander plusieurs photographies avec des délais de fabrication différents et que vous ne souhaitez pas attendre, nous vous conseillons de faire 2 commandes séparées.

Your order is shipped with Colissimo. Prints are delivered to your home within 48h once handled by La Poste.

Secure

With Colissimo, your order is delivered from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 12:00 directly to your mailbox. In case of absence or if package cannot be placed in your mailbox, your postman leaves a message with date and post office address where you can retrieve your package by presenting your ID.

Damaged parcel with Colissimo

When receiving the parcel, if you believe that the packaging shows signs of deterioration, you can either:

• Refuse the parcel, in which case it will be returned directly to the sender
• Request that it be held at my post office so I can open it in the presence of an authorized agent.

You cannot accept the parcel subject to reservations.

Damaged parcel with carriers

• Refuse the parcel if the packaging shows signs of deterioration.
• A "subject to opening" mention cannot be accepted by carrier.
• If you accept the parcel and do not witness the incident in present of carrier agent, carrier will decline responsibilité and we won't be able to print your order again.
• A little piece of advice: ask agent to wait for you to check parcel content before signing the delivery order.
